Canopy Portland Waterfront

The Canopy Portland Waterfront Hotel by Hilton is 105,000 SF including 135 guestrooms, Salt Yard Café, Luna rooftop bar, meeting and pre-function space. The hotel was completed in June 2021 and received the International Interior Design Association New England Chapter award in Hospitality – Hotel/Lodging in 2021. This project was part of a full-block Master Development Plan with the adjacent property Owner and received Level III Site Plan and Historic Preservation Board approvals in addition to the Master Development Plan.
