385 Congress Street Hotel will consist of 170,000 SF building with hotel guestrooms and suites nine luxury condominium units on the upper floors. This property will offer finishes and amenity levels comparable to other luxury branded hotels and each condominium will have access to a balcony or private terrace and parking from the parking facility located underneath the hotel. Hotel amenities will include a full-service restaurant with outdoor seating, a state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor space for yoga classes and guest offerings, as well as meeting and pre-function spaces with direct access to the garden terrace. The public amenity terrace through the full city block will promote walkability, community engagement, and provide a contrast of landscaping and open space within the surrounding urban context. The project has completed the entitlements process with the City of Portland including a Master Development Plan, Level III Site Plan, and Traffic Movement Permit.
