Fathom Companies is the developer and owner of a parcel of land on 385 Congress Street in Portland, ME. Fathom Companies is proposing to develop a hotel to be part of the larger mixed-use development that will also include two residential buildings to be developed by the seller. The upper floors of the hotel will include nine luxury condominium units each with access to a balcony or private terrace. Private terrace offering stunning views of the City of Portland and Casco Bay. Upon completion, the hotel will offer interior finishes and amenity levels comparable to a luxury four-star brand hotel.
