The Pearl Street Riverfront District

Fathom Companies is the developer and owner of this mixed use development in the heart of downtown Biddeford, ME on the Saco River. Located on a seven-acre site, the current concept design is comprised of five buildings that include multi-family residential, office, retail, and restaurant uses.
