Jon Benoit

Jon is an experienced financial professional (CPA, MSA) starting his financial career at Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker as a CPA. He continued to gain in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting as the CFO of The Olympia Companies, Shipyard Brewing and most recently as the Vice President of Finance at Auto Europe, providing over 16 years of leadership in the private sector. Jon has detailed working knowledge of Regulation D equity subscriptions, tax credit programs, complex proformas, and IT infrastructure and controls. He has a wide network of relationships with regional and national lending institutions and has negotiated numerous lease and purchase and sale agreements for office and hotel acquisitions along with the accounting and finance of new construction projects.
