Operational Excellence Award

In October at the MINA & Full Services Owners Conference Jim Brady accepted the Operational Excellence award from Marriott on behalf of Fathom Companies (The Press Hotels Management Company).

According to Kip Vreeland, Senior VP of Marriott Full Service Franchising at Marriott this award represents the following.

The Operations Excellence award recognizes the hotels and management companies that lead the way in creating outstanding results in all aspects of the guest experience, from the guest rooms to the restaurants, bars and meeting space. The achievement may be at one hotel or consistent examples of excellence across a company portfolio of hotels.”
