Karl McElligott

Director of Food & Beverage

Karl brings over 25 years of Food & Beverage experience to the team.  Karl’s management assignments include both resort and urban markets and he has held senior Food & Beverage roles at properties ranging from a 1,200 room resort to 110 room vibrant downtown boutique hotel.  He holds a Degree in Hotel Management from the University College Dublin (Ireland) and has taught in an adjunct professor capacity at Lasell College in Boston.  Karl has also completed Level 1 “Master Court of Sommeliers” wine certification and carries a great passion for this area.
